TCAis based on the
same business model as Groupon (registered members will
receive a daily email with a discount offer of at least
50% off a product or service from a local business). The
difference between the companies will be the compensation
paid out to the registered members. TCA will reward its
members with a portion of the company profits. You will
be rewarded when any of your referrals make a purchase on
the site. You can earn on up to 5 levels of referrals
with no caps on income or referred members!
Since the
program is free to register, businesses and non-profits
can register and share the program with their supporters
or data base contacts. When the supporters
register and purchase offers, the business/non-profit
will receive a percentage of the purchase price.

This
is a grassroots networking group effort that provides a
structured environment to contect the team players and
help achieve the growth of TCA by Connecting the
Connectors...
ACH (Automated Clearing House): A secure private network
that enables electronic payments, such as automatic debit
card purchases, to be handled and processed.
Active Associate: An Active Associate is an Associate who
has completed a The Customer Advantage Associate
Agreement, and personally enrolled one other Associate.
Agreement: Refers to the Associate Agreement, these
Policies and Procedures, and the The Customer Advantage
Compensation Plan.
Associate: An individual who received a The Customer
Advantage ID number, and submitted a signed Associate
Agreement. The Associate is an independent contractor and
is not an employee of The Customer Advantage.
PV (Point Value): The numeric value placed on products
that accrue towards BV and GV.
Customer: Anyone who has received The Customer Advantage
product/services but has not Completed a The Customer
Advantage Associate agreement and who is listed in the
The Customer Advantage computer as a "Customer".
Distributorship: The sales organization of an Associate,
which includes all Downteam Customers, Advantage
Customers and Associates.
Downteam: A sales organization comprised of Customers and
Associates sponsored below a particular Associate.
GV (Group Volume): The total BV accumulated under the
entire Downteam organization, including personal volume.
Inactive Associate: An Associate with no personal volume
(orders) within 180 days (6 months).
Placement: An Associate's immediate Upteam Associate. One
who accepts frontline Customers or Associates from his or
her Sponsor or Upteam to increase volume, commissions, or
rank.
Protected Prospect: Guest of a The Customer Advantage
Associate who attends a The Customer Advantage or
Associate sponsored function or event.
Customer: A Customer is any person who has not completed
the The Customer Advantage business Associate Form.
RMA: Pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization -
required for accurate processing of returns.
Sales Organization: An Associate's Upteam and Downteam.
Sponsor: An Associate who recruits and enrolls new
Customers or Associates.
TCAAN: The Customer Advantage Approval Number; a number
issued by the Compliance Department upon approval of an
ad, event or other process requiring review and
authorization.
The Customer Advantage Compliance Committee: Will consist
of a representative from Compliance, Big Pie Marketing
General Counsel, and at least 2 senior Executives from
The Customer Advantage.
Upteam: A Customer's or Associate's linkage to The
Customer Advantage by the Sponsor and Placement "tree".
